Ravenous Hunter is sort of interesting. Its is one of the few runes with an absolutely worthless post game statistic (Yes, I know, I had 5 stacks), and as such it hides a LOT of it's impact. So I figured why not test out the rune. I knew it interacted with several things that logically it shouldn't, why not test several more? Here are my discoveries about it.It works on anything that isn't directly counted as auto attack damage.

On hits, such as Nashor's Tooth, on attack procs like Shiv and Duskblade, and champion PASSIVES that do damage (Kai'sa's passive stands out here), also can proc it. It will also proc on Mastery damage procs. Execute is confirmed, didn't do heavy testing on others. The only of note that may or may not apply it that would be Conqueror, which could be quite powerful as a synergy as a result. It also will proc on retaliation effects like Thornmail, and passive auras like Sunfire. It will also proc on Elder Dragon's burn from Mark of the Elder Dragon. It even will proc off of SUMMONER SPELLS.
Lets heal for 15% of that baby (And yes, I ensured it was not the monster heal by smiting a minion. Healed from it).
Same deal.Infact, it's exception list is very simple. Does it proc Lifesteal? If no, it WILL proc Ravenous Hunter. I tested with a few hundred AD Ezreal and spammed his Q with 1 stack, 0 healing. Meanwhile, Nashors-Rageblade Karma was healing on her autos. Why Nashors Rageblade Karma?
Because I was trying to ensure it was only the two on hits triggering the healing and no other innate champion passive or skill.
